Job description
Session Media is a B2B Digital Marketing Agency working with some of the fastest-growing UK companies. We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and personable SEO strategist with at least three years of experience in SEO to come on board and join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate will help create and execute client SEO strategies to reach the target KPIs. They can pivot an existing strategy based on new data or client business changes, as well as spot new opportunities that arise across technical, on-page and outreach.
The candidate has strong communication skills and can manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. They are analytically minded and comfortable working within technical SEO. Screaming Frog (or similar), and the fundamentals of crawling, architecture and page speed insights should be second nature. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS is also a bonus.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Devising, creating and executing client strategic roadmap
Fortnightly 1-1’s with Execs and Account Managers
Managing task and delivery
Optimising internal processes
Delivering and communicating content and technical audits
All client delivery is done to an exceptional standard, requiring no input from the manager
Strong SEO knowledge across all areas of technical, on-page and off-page – able to problem-solve and consult on fixes.
Confidently and regularly present documentation and findings to clients
Strong level of SEO consultancy
Sitting on monthly reporting calls.
Onboarding new clients
Inputting in new channel hires
Job requirements
2-3 years of experience working specifically within B2B & SEO
Knowledge of industry software, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, Buzzstream, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google and Data Studio
Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
The ability to translate client requirements into a tangible SEO strategy
Be a confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
Excellent time/task and organisational management skills
Experience using project management software (Asana, Notion etc.) a bonus

Salary: £35K - £38K (plus company bonus)
